Gluten Free Pasta

Using non-GMO white rice flour and West Coast hen eggs, we make our certified gluten-free pasta in small batches. Extruding each shape through bronze dies to create a rough texture that clings to your sauce.
The result is fresh. gluten-free pasta that is similar in taste and texture to a traditional fresh egg pasta. We believe that gluten-free should never mean a loss in quality. That is why our gluten-free pasta can be found all around Portland with the chef stamp of approval.
